Southeast Bank launches my remit card

Southeast Bank Limited launched ‘My Remit Card’ for the foreign remittance recipients of the bank at a function in Dhaka on Saturday.

The card holders will be able to withdraw the remittance money by accessing nearby ATM machines without any cash withdrawal fee, said a press release.

In case of malfunctioning of ATM machines, recipients may re-draw cash money from any branches of Southeast Bank. Foreign remittance recipients may collect “My Remit Card” from any of Southeast Bank branches free of charge within 10-15 minutes time.

Expatriate Bangladeshi may remit money to this card number directly through banks or exchange houses from abroad. By using the card, customers of the bank would be able to pay utility bills, transfer the deposit balance from one account to other account through ATM machines.
